Tunnel VPN Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vpn Pro Team ("Tunnel VPN", "we", "us") for the Tunnel VPN app and the website tunnelvpn.mobi (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to use the Service. If you are under 18 or the age of majority where you live, you may use the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian. You must also be legally allowed to use a VPN service where you are.
3. The Service
Tunnel VPN provides an encrypted connection between your device and our servers.
- Free plan: 250 MB of traffic per month (the allowance resets every month) and ads.
- Premium: unlimited bandwidth, no ads, use on up to 5 devices with the same account, and direct, priority support.
Server locations, features, speeds and plan limits may change over time. We do not guarantee that the Service will give you access to any particular website, app, content or service, or that it will be available in every country or on every network.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Premium is sold as a weekly, monthly or 3-month subscription through Google Play. Google processes the payment and the taxes that apply.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the price shown in Google Play unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. After cancelling, you keep Premium until the end of the period you have paid for.
- If an introductory price or free trial is offered, the regular price is charged when it ends unless you cancel before then.
- Prices may change. Google Play will notify you in advance as required by its policies.
- Refunds are handled under Google Play's refund policy. If you have a billing problem, contact us and we will help.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Break any law or regulation that applies to you;
- Infringe intellectual property, privacy or other rights of others;
- Send spam, phishing or malware, or take part in fraud;
- Hack, scan, attack (including denial-of-service attacks) or gain unauthorized access to any system or network;
- Create, share or access child sexual abuse material;
- Harass, threaten or harm others;
- Resell, rent or share the Service or your account beyond the device limit of your plan;
- Interfere with our servers, place an unreasonable load on them, or get around plan limits or technical restrictions.
We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaks these rules, and we cooperate with authorities where the law requires it.
6. Following the law where you are
Laws about using a VPN differ between countries, and some countries restrict it. You are responsible for making sure that your use of Tunnel VPN is lawful where you are. We do not encourage using the Service to access any service or content that is illegal in your location.
7. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains what information we collect and how we use it. In short: we do not log the websites you visit or the content of your traffic.
8. Licence and intellectual property
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Tunnel VPN app on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms. The Tunnel VPN name, logo, website and app design belong to us or our licensors.
Parts of the app are open-source software, including shadowsocks-android, which is licensed under the GNU General Public License version 3. Those components are governed by their own licences, and nothing in these Terms limits the rights those licences give you.
9. Third-party services
The Service relies on and may link to third-party services, such as Google Play and ad networks. Their own terms and privacy policies apply, and we are not responsible for them.
10. Changes and availability
We may update, add or remove features, carry out maintenance, or change or discontinue parts of the Service. We try to keep the Service available but do not guarantee that it will always be uninterrupted.
11. Termination
You can stop using the Service at any time and cancel your subscription in Google Play. We may suspend or end your access if you break these Terms or if we must do so to comply with the law. When access ends, your licence to use the app ends too.
12. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or completely secure, or that it will make you anonymous.
13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tunnel VPN will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.
14. Indemnity
You agree to defend and indemnify Tunnel VPN against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Service.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be decided by the competent courts in Los Angeles, California. This does not take away any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of the country where you live.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will change the effective date above and, for significant changes, notify you in the app. If you keep using the Service after changes take effect, you accept the updated Terms.
